Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at alamo-towing.com (the "Site") or by requesting any service from Alamo Towing Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site or request services from Alamo Towing Service, located at 215 Alamo Plaza, Alamo, CA 94507.
Alamo Towing Service provides towing, vehicle recovery, and roadside assistance services in Alamo, CA and surrounding communities in Contra Costa County. Services include but are not limited to heavy-duty towing, flatbed towing, emergency towing, winch-out service, accident recovery, long-distance towing, and roadside assistance.
We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion, including situations where completing the service would be unsafe, unlawful, or beyond our equipment capacity.
Any estimate provided by Alamo Towing Service - whether by phone, email, or through the Site - is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may differ from the estimate if the actual conditions at the scene differ from what was described (for example, vehicle size, road access, additional recovery equipment required, or distance to destination).
We will inform you of any material price change before performing additional work beyond the original scope. You have the right to decline additional work.
Estimates provided in writing are valid for the time period stated. If no time period is stated, the estimate is valid for 7 days from the date issued.
Towing and roadside assistance services are dispatched as quickly as possible based on current demand, crew availability, and your location. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed - road conditions, weather, and other emergencies may affect timing.
If you need to cancel a scheduled dispatch, please call us as soon as possible at (925) 318-8128. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee to cover fuel and crew time already expended.
Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior written agreement specifies otherwise (for example, for fleet or commercial account customers). We accept common forms of payment including cash, credit card, and debit card. Additional payment methods may be available - ask us when scheduling.
If payment is not received at the time of service and no prior arrangement has been made, we reserve the right to exercise all available legal remedies, including a lien on the vehicle in accordance with California law.
When requesting a service, you agree to:
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Alamo Towing Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or the Site. This includes, without limitation, loss of use of a vehicle, loss of income, or consequential delays.
Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any claim that cannot be limited by law.
